I think Kene Holliday (Tyler Hudson) left the show due to problems. Clarence Gilyard, Jr (Conrad McMasters) left to be on the Texas Ranger series in 1994. Is this correct?
I don't remember why the actresses playing Matlock's two daughters or Julie Sommars left. Does anyone know?
Why did Lea De Laria play a detective in seasons 8 and 9? Was the actor that played Detective Burgess wanting to retire as he was written out of the show in the 9th season.
