Yup, Buddy Ebsen. It was a prop used in a BH episode that was supposed to be a young, lady killer, Jedidiah D. Klampett. While it does look a bit like Bob Denver, I am sure it is a vintage photo of a young Ebsen. It appears they may have photoshopped a hat for the show. It hung on the wall of Granny's room.

Sorry if this is not TAGS related, I thought It had better go in Art the Class room. But... with his resemblance to Bob Denver, I guess it fits the profile.

Earlier in the Ep, the photo caught my eye. I thought, from a distance it might have been one of Granny's hero's, Hoot Gibson. When they zoomed in on The Cass County Lady Killer, the owner of the mug was obvious.

I have seen that photo many times hanging in Granny's room. I can't think of the episode but Granny and Jed discussed what a great dancer Buddy Ebsen was, I always found it funny that they talked of him as a third party. 8-)
